ugh .. the pain is terrible today, masses of refered pain and i just dont know what to do with my self. Was meant to be seeing Nikki last night and going out for dinner today but im never going to make it. I was trying o keep busy in order to forget about it but its getting too debilitating now i think i'l have to take some meptid and just side into bed for a few days. Refered pain is always a bad sign cos it stops me from walking so much .. and i dont do much of that as it is.
Fran is home tonight, she's been out clubbing. I think she wil come over later .. they say sex is good for pain ;-) lol .. have to see where im up to eh!
