the pain as i layed down last night was so intence it winded me and i could hardly catch my breath .. i think i must have passed out cos i dont remeber anything after fighting for breath.
Thismorning pathed the way for a LOT of abdominal and refered pain .. most of the day spent in bed really. I'v sat up tonight though and really hurt mu self (im sitting now cos Frans on the phone)
At about half ten two people came to look at the car .. i was so pleased though cos they said the damage was so small they thought there was no way the man would get the damage he was claiming. They eveb said iy was so small they prob would have driven off too!! It makes me feel better :-)
This arvo i popped into town to put a check in, i also nipped into heffers for card. After 30's i was wacked though, i was uoped to go see Ali but i dont remember coming home so must have forgotten.
Im still watery .. every little thing sets me off, im listing to sarah, she makes everything better.
You know i hate to say this but i think im just ill through stress, i dont like to say it because i was always dubious about this stress illness stuff. So many people put so much shit down to stress .. even fits and going blind .. but i know its made my pain worse .. im just not able to consentrate on controling my symptoms because i have so much going round my head. I think this may be why im having so many shaks .. i had 4 or 5 the other day and thats unheard of in my little world .. i think its ust i cant hold my self like i normaly do so t gets out of controle quicker.
Any way .. i will be back to my old self soon, i have my sarah Mclachlan CD on, she always makes things better.
In other news, Frans hotel burned down .. im not sure where they were when it started but they had to evaquate .. i think they were leaving fr the pool anyway cos they all had kit bags. They went training and when they got back they were shipped to a neew hotel. Frans room was the one below the fire .. she's prob lost everything .. rolls eyes .. i totally told her she should go .. dont know why i made such a fuess about her not going thinking about it .. mat be n phycic ;-)
So were not sure whats going on, i expect they will fly homme ASAP seen as they have no clean clothes and cant get back into the hotel for ages .. well i would have thought there will be all sorts they have to do with fire men, police and so on before they can even think about letting people get there stuff.
Right .. im off to cry at Jen .. lol ... lucky thing ;-)
